Emergency contraception

If you should need emergency contraception please contact us as soon as possible, you can also visit a pharmacy for emergency contraception.

Need to cancel an appointment?

Please tell us if you can not make an appointment as soon as possible – there is a large demand for appointments for both GPs and nurses and we can offer your appointment to someone else if you let us know. You can do this either on line or by telephone.

Evenings and Weekends

GP appointments are now available in your area during the evenings and at the weekends. To book an appointment please contact your practice.

Home Visits

If you need a home visit you should contact us before 10am if at all possible. Home visits are for housebound patients only. The clinician will triage the visit request to see whether it is required. A clinician can see six patients in the time it takes for one home visit so these are for patients who never leave the house or cannot leave due to the severity of their illness. Please note that not having access to transport does not mean you require a home visit. It is always safer to be seen in the surgery where the clinicians have access to your medical record and any equipment they need to examine you.
